At Zirrly, we guarantee the quality and workmanship of 


with every product you purchase from us. If you're not completely delighted with your purchase, contact us within 10 days to arrange for the return of any unopened product, and we'll gladly provide you with a full refund, credit or exchange.


If you find it necessary to return an item, please submit a return merchandise authorization (RMA) request. This step will ensure that everything goes smoothly with your return. We're not able to accept returns without an RMA number. Customers are responsible for return freight, except in the case of an error on Zirrly's part.


Requests for refunds in the form of original payment and requests for return credits are classified as pending until the merchandise is received and the quantity and condition are confirmed. If you have questions about the return authorization process or would like to request an RMA number, please contact our Total Customer Care Team at 800.216.1601. 


If you return your order after the 10 day period, a 15% restocking fee will be applied. No returns will be accepted after 30 days, and closeout items cannot be returned.


Damaged Shipments


Examine your shipment carefully as soon as it arrives. Please contact us within 10 days to report your receipt of any damaged items. We'll send a replacement right away and make arrangements for the return of the damaged items.


Defective Products


If a product purchased from Zirrly proves to be defective, we'll replace the merchandise.
